The selection procedure for an ERP solution started around the end of 2018. Solynta compared various solutions known both within and outside the (seed) breeding industry. Programming their own software solution based on several low code platforms was also explored. In the end the selection committee decided to go for ABS for its very rich functionality for Solynta’s specific seed industry processes.
