As we expand our commercial activities, we are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to play a key role in ensuring our regulatory processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Your Role
As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will support the Regulatory Affairs team by managing processes and ensuring regulatory requirements are met with precision. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating internal communications, maintaining accurate documentation, and enabling smooth cross-functional collaboration. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be critical in ensuring compliance and market access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage variety registration applications.
- Coordinate Market Access and Trade Compliance processes to ensure timelines are met.
- Support the execution of import/export trials in collaboration with the export team and local partners to test trade lanes.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and maintain accurate internal records.
- Support the senior Regulatory Affairs Specialists in the collaboration with industry organizations, government agencies, and regulatory authorities to establish pathways for TPS acceptance and commercialization.
About You
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a supportive role within a fast-paced, pioneering environment. You are an excellent communicator who can coordinate multiple processes and stakeholders simultaneously.
The ideal candidate has:
- Relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs, process management, or compliance, preferably in agriculture, plant science, or a related sector.
- Familiarity with plant variety registration, plant breeders' rights, import/export requirements and/or agricultural certification processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent internal and external communication abilities.
- A degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Legal, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- Fluency in English; basic understanding of Dutch is a plus.
